The app for golf groups

The clubhouse for your golf group.

Scores, standings, side bets, trash talk and photos for the trips, weekly games and club events you play every year. One app, built by golfers who got tired of keeping it all in a group text.

The Jobu Golf leaderboard on a test trip: Red 6½, Blue 5½, with live Scramble matches

The real app, on a test trip with made-up players.

Why we're building it

Golf groups run on spreadsheets and goodwill.

Every group has one. The guy who builds the pairings, chases the sign-ups, keeps the scores in his notes app and settles the bets from memory. The history lives in a spreadsheet nobody else can find.

The software built for golf events is made for tournament directors and charity outings. The apps made for golfers are built for one round at a time. Nothing is built for the group that plays together every week, every trip, every year.

Jobu Golf is. It keeps every match, every point and every photo, so the group's story keeps growing.

Built for three kinds of groups

However your group plays, it lives here.

Trips

The annual buddies trip

Red against Blue, Ryder Cup style. Four-Ball, Alt Shot, Scramble and Singles, with pairings, live match play and a running team total all weekend.

Weekly games

The Saturday game

Sign-ups with a cutoff and a waitlist, pairings in a tap, skins and best ball, and a season points table that settles who's actually the best player in the group.

Clubs

The member events

Member-guests, club championships and men's day, run by your pros and organizers, under your club's name and colors.

What's in the app

Everything after the tee time.

Scoring

Live scoring

Hole-by-hole match play and stroke play from every group on the course, with handicap strokes applied for you.

History

Standings and stats

Records, partnerships and head-to-heads that go back to your group's very first round.

Bragging rights

Odds and predictions

Lines on every match before it tees off, picks from the group, and bragging rights when you call it.

Clubhouse

Chat and photos

One place for the banter and the camera roll, attached to the round they came from.

AI

AI recaps

A written recap of every day's matches, and answers when you ask who's the best Alt Shot pair in group history.

Organizers

Organizer tools

Each group has its own organizers to set up trips and games, invite players with a link, and run the day.

Where it started

The Dixie Cup, since 2019.

Jobu Golf began as the app for one trip: the same group of friends, two teams, a few courses on the Gulf Coast every fall. Seven Cups later, it's the record book.

For clubs

Your club's colors. Your members' history.

Every group in Jobu Golf can wear its own look. When a club runs its events here, members see the club's name, crest and colors, not ours.

  • Your logo and colors on every screen and on the sign-in page
  • Your organizers run your events; members join with one link
  • Your own web address, and later, your own app in the App Store
